Fin is an AI agent for customer service that resolves complex queries across every channel. It handles multi-step support work like troubleshooting login issues, processing returns, and investigating fraud. When a conversation takes an unexpected turn, like a customer correcting a detail or changing their answer halfway through, Fin jumps back and continues naturally instead of getting stuck in a rigid flow.

You train Fin like any new teammate. Most support teams already have SOPs written up in Google Docs or Notion. You can paste those in and describe how Fin should act in natural language. From there it follows the procedure carefully while exercising judgment along the way, the way an experienced teammate would.
